CDI IT Solutions and Case Western Reserve University's Information Technology Services organization have partnered to provided IT support for the Case Campus.
ITS CARE Center, 11424 Bellflower: Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm,
Saturdays 10:00am-4:00pm
Everyone at Case is entitled to one free walk-in visit a year. Anyone having trouble with a computer used for academic purposes may bring it to one of the Walk-In Centers for a free diagnosis and solution. Subsequent visits are free with the purchase of a Care Package. Otherwise, the offer is good only for the first walk-in.
If you prefer troubleshooting your computer problem by phone, the ITS CARE Call Center can be reached by phone at: 216-368-HELP (x4357). You can also submit a ticket online at help.case.edu or my.case.edu under the Help Desk tab.
Help Desk Hours: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year
